General support services
- Remote: $50/hr
- On-site: $60/hr
Hardware repair & replacement
- In-lab (our place): $50/hr
- On-site (your place): $60/hr
Data backup, recovery & restore
- Data backup and restore: $50/hr
- If all data (or some data) is recovered: $50/hr
- If no data is recovered: free, no charge
Assistance buying computers & parts
We will help you and recommend how to buy new (or used) computers or just parts. And then we will set it up and put all pieces together so that you are good to roll 🙂
- Buying new computer plus setup service: $120 flat
- Buying parts plus install service: $90 flat* (it could be higher depending on the type of the part, i.e: motherboard, display and touch screen, etc.)
Computer maintenance/Tune-up
$75 flat, includes:
